What is invoice discounting
You have made the sale, delivered the products or service, paid your staff and suppliers, now you have to wait up to 60 days or more to get paid.
If you had the money now you could be progressing on to the next order, buying that equipment you need or advertising for more clients. You can make it all possible by selling us that invoice or invoices.
We purchase either a single or small batch of invoices that you have selected, there is no need to sell us your entire debtors. Your customer is aware you have engaged our services to improve your cash flow as you expand and agrees to pay the account direct to us. We pay you 80% to 90% of the invoice value immediately following approval of the invoice transaction (same day), followed by the balance less our fee once the customer has paid us. You then have the funds in your business to focus on the next order.
Instead of offering your customer a discount for early payment, and thereby sending a wrong message to the customer and permanently discounting your price, you offer the discount to us. You then only use our services when you choose too. A totally flexible cash flow solution.
The advantage with invoice discounting over other forms of finance, is that we do not advance you a loan. We purchase an asset (an invoice) from you. This way, there is no debt on your balance sheet and it does not effect your current banking arrangements.
